 Posting assignments on Google Classroom is a straightforward process. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to post assignments:

Option 1: Create Assignment Directly in Google Classroom:

  1. Access Google Classroom:

    • Choose the class for which you want to post an assignment.
  3. Go to Classwork:

    • Navigate to the "Classwork" tab.
  4. Click on the "+ Create" Button:

    • Click on the "+ Create" button.
  5. Choose "Assignment":

    • From the dropdown menu, select "Assignment."
  6. Fill in Assignment Details:

    • Enter the title of the assignment, instructions, due date, and other relevant details.
  7. Add Attachments:

    • Attach any necessary files, links, or resources to the assignment. You can upload files directly from your computer or link to Google Drive.
  8. Set Points and Due Date:

    • Optionally, set the total points for the assignment and specify the due date.
  9. Assign to:

    • Choose the students or classes to whom you want to assign the task.
  10. Preview or Schedule (Optional):

    • You can preview the assignment before assigning it. If you're not ready to assign it immediately, you can also schedule it for a later time.

  7. Click "Reuse":

    • Click the "Reuse" button to post the assignment again.
